About twenty-one years ago I was working in an office and noticed a girl reading a Sentinel. I asked her about this literature, and she tried to explain something of the religion it embodied. I eagerly listened to her explanation and drank in every word that she said. I told her that I had exhausted the skill of the doctors and psychiatrists and that medicine had no more effect on me.

This kind person told me that I would be further enlightened on the subject of Christian Science by going to a Wednesday evening testimony meeting. This I did, and upon leaving the branch church I was so uplifted and elated that I could not stop thanking God for His love, which had sent this religion of resurrection and freedom to those who are willing to seek Him in truth.

I immediately bought a copy of Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy. On page 2 of this wonderful book we read: "God is Love. Can we ask Him to be more?" Through the enlightenment I gained from these words I was healed of constipation. Also, I was healed of a kidney ailment. Shortly thereafter, as the body responded to my changed thinking, a condition causing my hair to fall out was healed.
