A Big Day for Kathy

[Of Special Interest to Children]

One beautiful day Father came home from work and called to Mother, Kathy, and Karl, saying that he had a fine surprise for everyone. All three came eagerly to hear the news, and then Father announced that the family now owned a lovely boat and that they could go to the lake to fish and water-ski.

When Kathy said, "But, Daddy, I don't know how to water-ski," big brother, Karl, assured her that he would teach her how.

The next morning the entire family helped to prepare a good picnic lunch, hooked up the boat to the car, and gaily started off for the lake.
