Many years ago I was in a miserable state. I had nervous prostration, which brought on bowel, stomach, and heart disorders. In fact, I was an invalid for three years.

A friend asked my parents to try Christian Science for me. I was given a copy of the Sentinel to read, and a practitioner came to see me. I was instantaneously healed of the heart, bowel, and stomach conditions, and I was able to accept a position in three weeks although my parents thought that impossible. I gained sixty pounds, which made my weight normal, and the nervous condition soon disappeared.

Several years ago I was examined by a physician for insurance purposes. After his examination he said I should be in bed. The condition was high blood pressure. Through Christian Science treatment I was healed in a very short time without having to go to bed, and I subsequently passed the medical examination required by an insurance company.
