WORDS OF CURRENT INTEREST
[The words in this issue are related to the Lesson-Sermon in the Christian Science Quarterly designated to be read in Christian Science churches on June 9, 1963.]
I WILL SPEAK OF THE GLORIOUS HONOUR OF THY MAJESTY (Ps. 145:5)
Many commentators feel that as originally set down, the verb here used was in the third person plural rather than in the first person singular and had as its subject the generations mentioned in the preceding verse. Thus Briggs renders, "The splendour of the glory of Thy majesty they will speak."
CHALDEANS (Dan. 2:4)
