Them that turn from transgression in Jacob (Isa. 59:20)

Where the Hebrew people are referred to in the Old Testament, they are generally termed "Israel," but in certain passages, including this verse and Jeremiah 31:11, they are given the alternative name of the patriarch Israel, namely Jacob.
