Evil Is Nothing
"To say that evil is real would be a denial of the allness of God, ever-present good"
Mrs. Eddy makes this thought-provoking statement on page 330 of "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures": "Evil is nothing, no thing, mind, nor power." Most Christians have long acknowledged that God is good and all-powerful, but they still accept evil as real and powerful. In other words, it is a common belief that there are two powers, good and evil, and that God sometimes sends evil as punishment to His children. Nothing could be more unscientific.
