For about thirty years I have been a student of Christian Science, and long ago I learned to turn to God for healing and for the many benefits that come to those who accept the teachings of this provable religion. Through the practical application of Science. I have found the solution of all my physical and business problems.

On one occasion because of an accident at my place of business, I had a bad fall which caused, among other injuries, a severe head injury. I believe that according to materia medica many stitches would have been required, and the healing would have taken a long time. The help of a Christian Science practitioner was sought, and two days later at a Wednesday evening testimony meeting in a branch church I was able to acknowledge gratefully that the wound was healed. So complete was this healing that I was unable to locate the exact spot of the injury.

This experience and others similar to it provided me with spiritual preparation to face a trying government tax problem. As we had done before, my wife and I turned to God in prayer. As the result of our assiduous study for a prolonged period of time, Mrs. Eddy's writings began to take on a completely new significance. Church work, lectures, and other activities became more meaningful. Inspiration was also gained from a thorough study of the lead article in the Christian Science pamphlet entitled "God's Law of Adjustment and Other Articles."
