I should like to express gratitude for Christian Science. Because I have received joy and healing through the periodicals and the testimonies given at Wednesday evening meetings, it is my desire that my testimony help and comfort those who read it.

I have been healed of colds, so-called children's diseases, earache, an intestinal parasite, and what I believe was trench mouth. Inharmonious relationships have become harmonious. When I was a baby I was healed of a severe case of croup.

I have been healed of the effects of accidents and have also experienced marvelous protection as a result, at first, of my mother's constant, prayerful work for me. When I was a very young child, I was walking in front of a store window with my baby-sitter. A pane of glass fell on me and broke into thousands of pieces on the sidewalk around me. The astonished sitter had to lift me out of the glass because I was barefooted, but I was unharmed. The sitter even took her mother back to the store the next day to show her what had happened because she could not understand how I escaped injury.
