Christian Science has opened a door and shown me the way to be aware of God's ever-presence and how to express my gratitude for it in daily living. I became curious about Science when I met and married my husband, who had been reared in it. This was a religion that answered all the questions to which I had not been able to find answers before. However, I found it difficult to always meet daily problems quickly through this new way of thinking.

One day I awoke with a severe headache. The pain was so bad that I was confined to my bed with the curtains of the room drawn. Our three-year-old son came to me very quietly and said: "Mommy, I want to tell you something I learned in Sunday School: 'If it isn't good, it isn't true. Don't accept what is not for you.'" Immediately the headache was gone. How grateful I was for this clear statement of truth! In gratitude I telephoned my son's Sunday School teacher to share the healing with her.

I had a further proof of God's ever-present care when another of our young sons fell from the rear door of our automobile while we were traveling in heavy highway traffic. Instantly I knew that the child was in reality God's spiritual idea and could never fall out of his Father's loving care.
