Since I took up the earnest study...
Since I took up the earnest study of Christian Science, a gradual transformation has taken place in my consciousness. My family too has been greatly blessed. When thought has been lifted into the realm of Spirit, where there are no accidents, disease, or inharmonious situations, broken bones have knitted, colds and tuberculosis have been healed, and harmonious relationships have been restored. We pray that we may live our lives to attest our sincerity and our gratitude for all the blessings we have received and are still receiving from our study and application of Christian Science.
A few years ago I was led to apply for a certain position. Many limiting factors presented themselves. Prayerful work was done, and these limitations were broken down. My application was accepted, and the work proved to be an inspiration to many. When a right idea unfolds in consciousness, the divine Mind supplies all that is necessary for the protection and fulfillment of it.
My nephew's nose was broken one Monday, and he was taken to a hospital, where he was examined. The doctor stated that the nose should be set, but the boy refused to allow this to be done and asked to be taken home. This was very reluctantly agreed to, and he was told to be quiet and not to blow his nose. Having been enrolled in a Christian Science Sunday School at an early age, he considered this an opportunity to prove the truths he had learned there.
