Some years ago, after much...
Some years ago, after much prayerful work concerning my daily activities, I felt a great desire to go to a distant country and live and work there. I therefore took steps with this object in view.
After a few weeks the suggestion came to me that what I was doing was wrong and was not in accord with God's will. I began to think that the only right thing for me to do was to stay in the same place and to continue doing the same work. Feeling this to be the better way, I reversed my decision and gave up the idea of going.
Shortly after this I was troubled with a physical difficulty and felt a sense of heaviness and burden. I asked for help from a practitioner, and during our conversation I told her of my desire to go to a distant country and of my reversal of plans.
