"I love to tell the story"
[Of Special Interest to Children]
Sunday morning arrived at last. Peter was in his accustomed place in a Christian Science Sunday School. The opening hymn had just been sung. It was one of Peter's favorites; but this morning he could hardly wait to get through it and be seated.
His Sunday School teacher knew that everyone loves a story, especially the wonderful stories in the Bible telling of God's great love and protection for all His creation. Before starting the regular lesson this Sunday morning, the teacher asked the children if they had any stories to tell, stories of healings that they had been able to bring about by using their own understanding and application of the Christ, Truth.
The subject of the Lesson-Sermon in the Christian Science Quarterly that week was "Love." Seeing Peter's bright, eager face, the teacher knew that the boy had a story. And this is what Peter told.
