"A LIFE CORRECTED"
Christian Science is in accordance with the inspired Word of the Bible. It begins with the premise that there is one creator, God, infinite, omnipresent, and omnipotent Mind, pure and holy, and that man is the perfect, spiritual image and likeness of his creator. This is the Christianly scientific truth of man.
In order that the individual may demonstrate his perfect selfhood, the false concept of existence presented by the material senses must be rejected, and sinful traits and tendencies, which are the outcome of the erroneous belief of life in matter, must be corrected with truth. Our Leader, Mary Baker Eddy, writes in "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" (p. 167), "We apprehend Life in divine Science only as we live above corporeal sense and correct it."
The individual who truly desires to have this correction take place in his thought has a great and grand work before him. In humility he prays that God's will alone may be done and that human will may give way to the divine.
