Christian Science has been my only physician for many years, and I feel that I must express my gratitude for its healing ministry. Mrs. Eddy, the Discoverer and Founder of Christian Science, declares in "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" (p. 494), "Divine Love always has met and always will meet every human need." I have proved the truth of this statement in many ways.

One experience which was especially wonderful to me was that of the healing of a severe internal hemorrhage. I was able to return to work with normal health and vigor after three days in spite of the loss of a great deal of blood.

On another occasion when I was reading the Bible, I came across this sentence (James 1:12): "Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised' to them that love him." An understanding of this truth instantaneously healed me of the smoking habit.
