Christian Science has been my...
Christian Science has been my only physician for over twenty-five years, and I am increasingly grateful to have found a satisfying way of life to guide and govern me.
My first healing was that of a serious condition of eczema on my hands; this had plagued me for several years. The healing came as a result of informal talks about Christian Science with a fellow office worker who introduced me to this great religion. This friend did no specific work for me, but through our conversations I caught a glimpse of the great fact that God alone governs man and that an understanding of one's true selfhood as the image and likeness of God gives one dominion over the body and enables one to govern its actions.
I lost the fear of eating certain foods. The rash soon disappeared, and I was healed not only of this disorder but also of periodic bilious attacks and indigestion.
