GOD PRESERVES MAN

THROUGH His divine revelation of Himself as all-inclusive, eternal Life and Love, God assures us that He is self-sustained, whole, and complete forever and ever and that He includes man and the universe in His harmonious government of Himself. No earthly belief of any name or nature can touch or even affect God's continuity of being.

The Bible records many instances in which God preserved those who put their trust in Him. Christ Jesus proved this truth gloriously in his experience. The Psalmist, centuries before Jesus, proclaimed (Ps. 121: 7, 8): "The Lord shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul. The Lord shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore."

The spiritual individuality and identity of each one are preserved in perfect being. As the Psalmist stated again (Ps. 37:28), "The Lord loveth judgment, and forsaketh not his saints; they are preserved for ever."
