"ALL IS INFINITE MIND"

"All is infinite Mind and its infinite manifestation, for God is All-in-all," writes Mary Baker Eddy on page 468 of "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures." There is nothing truly real outside of that which is All-in-all.

If we find our thought permeated by matter or one of its satellites—sin, disease, or death— we are to that extent dwelling in the fictitious realm of the unreal. We have turned from the basic truth that God is All-in-all and hence cannot possibly arrive at the correct solution to any problem. To get the answer, we should turn away from believing in a power opposed to infinite Mind and learn more of God, the All-in-all.

If of our own free will we do not turn away from the belief that we are material, we, like the Apostle Paul, may be forced to do so. It will be remembered that he was persecuting the followers of Christ Jesus. And he did not awaken to the error of his actions until he was chastened on his way to Damascus, as told in the ninth chapter of Acts. After that experience he turned so completely to the All-in-all that he was able to accomplish marvelous healings, and he even raised Eutychus from the dead.
