In December, 1936, my testimony appeared in the Sentinel, and I should again like to express my sincere gratitude for all that Christian Science has done for me.
Our Leader, Mrs. Eddy, says in Science and Health (p. 368), "When we come to have more faith in the truth of being than we have in error, more faith in Spirit than in matter, more faith in living than in dying, more faith in God than in man, then no material suppositions can prevent us from healing the sick and destroying error."
In rearing four children, I found this statement indispensable. The physical healings we have had in clude many of the so-called children's diseases, also catarrh, erysipelas, constipation, hemorrhoids, cuts, burns, scalds, and influenza. Lost articles have been found, and a stolen bicycle was returned. Also, lack of supply and many unlovely traits of character have been overcome. For over thirty-nine years I have used no medicine.
