NO FRICTION IN GOD'S ORBITS

When man-made satellites are placed in orbit, gravitational pull and atmospheric resistance must be overcome. The lifting of these objects into orbital position involves the use of tremendous power. Once the satellite is relatively free of atmospheric density and is pushed into its circuitous route, it rounds the earth with considerable ease and freedom.

In daily affairs the atmosphere of mortal mind and the pull of matter present imposing obstacles to harmonious human progress. It is important for us to surmount both these opposing beliefs in order to demonstrate true health, happiness, and security in our lives. That which lifts human experience progressively above the frictions of mortal mind and matter into the holy atmosphere of Soul is the Christ, Truth, the power of God. The way to rise higher is to gain an ever-improving understanding of God and of His Christ.
