IN SEEKING GOD
His
glory is not seen with mortal eyes;
No undiscerning ear Mind's voice has heard.
No scholarly attempt to theorize
Can give full meaning to the sacred Word.
But humble hearts can know Love's presence near,
And songs of healing, faithful ones can hear.
So, trusting Truth's simplicity
Each dawning day,
Not for mere knowledge
But for understanding, pray.
