I have been so inspired and...
I have been so inspired and strengthened by testimonies of others that I feel I cannot keep from raising my voice in praise of God.
Coming from a family steeped in materia medica, I found it quite a struggle to let go entirely of some of the medical beliefs that bound me. Not until I found myself in dire need did I turn radically and wholeheartedly to the one and only panacea, Christian Science. It has been said that "man's extremity is God's opportunity," and in my extremity I turned to God in prayer.
With childlike submissiveness I listened, and this passage from Isaiah came like a light into my darkness (30:21): "This is the way, walk ye in it." I knew then that the way of Truth was the way for me and that nothing but the power of Truth could affect me.
