During the nine years that I have studied and applied the teachings of Christian Science, I have had many proofs of the healing power of Truth. At the time that I began the study of this practical religion, I had suffered from facial neuralgia constantly for several years. Many kind physicians had sincerely tried to help me, but material remedies did not improve the condition.

Then I began the study of Christian Science. The healing did not come immediately, and often I became discouraged. However, the fact that I knew of nothing else to turn to caused me to persist in my efforts to apply the truths I was learning. After several months of study I was healed. In addition, my mental outlook began to improve. An inclination to worry and to be fearful of the future was gradually replaced by a much happier and more joyful attitude. For this I am truly grateful.

Through reliance on God, our family has experienced healings of fractured and dislocated bones, a respiratory difficulty, eye injuries, earache, high fever, and many other difficulties. Also inharmonious human relationships have been corrected. Our children enjoy the privilege of attending a Christian Science Sunday School, where they are learning to apply the truth for themselves.
