FEELING GOD'S LOVE

Jeremiah wrote (31:3), "The Lord hath appeared of old unto me, saying, Yea, I have loved thee with an everlasting love: therefore with lovingkindness have I drawn thee." Jeremiah, as well as many others in Bible times, felt God's love. To them it was a living presence and power, an ever-present activity.

Wonderful is the love of our Father-Mother God, a love so great that it holds man and the universe in a state of perfection. God's love meets our needs. Our problems are solved when we realize that Deity is all-power, when we are conscious of His love, and when we reflect divine Love.

Recognizing the presence of divine Love and seeing our true selves as the object of Love's omnipotent care bring peace and joy and great unfoldment of the realities of spiritual being. This unfoldment increases spiritual inspiration and the realization of the truth. Inspiration enables us to forget the mortal self and thus have a sense of spiritual freedom. Realization of God's love lifts us above the illusion of material sense into the harmony of real being.
