[Extracts from reports sent to the Reading Room Division]

We rejoice particularly that many who hear of Christian Science through channels such as television, radio, newspaper advertising, and literature distribution find this Reading Room easily accessible for further inquiry. Our window too attracts newcomers to Christian Science.

One of our librarians designates the following fruitage as "longterm gains." Four individuals who have been using our Reading Room for months—each formerly beset by inharmonious conditions that had appeared particularly obstinate—stopped within the last month to report changes for the better: improved health, employment obtained, hopeful outlook renewed, and a harmonious personal relationship restored.
