The Christian Science periodicals convey angel thoughts that comfort us in times of trouble and distress, guard us from mortal mind's aggressive suggestions, and guide us on our way Spiritward. I am glad to contribute my testimony to these periodicals.

Before becoming a student of Christian Science, I had had the services of two ear specialists for a painful ear condition of about thirty years' standing, but had received no help. After I joined a Church of Christ, Scientist, I was assigned to serve on the literature distribution committee. I was grateful to do this work and became so engrossed in listening for divine guidance that I was healed of the ear condition. My healing took place in 1936, and there has never been a recurrence.

At one time I suffered from severe gall bladder attacks. Sometimes the attacks were distressing, and I felt as though I were passing on. With the help of a practitioner I was completely healed. A verse from the Bible was very helpful (I Cor. 10:31): "Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God." After I studied this verse and put it into practice, food had no bad effect on me.
