Open House Invites Interest
[Extracts from two reports prepared for the Reading Room Division by branch church librarians]
Lower Hutt, New Zealand
Open house was recently held in our Christian Science Reading Room, which was opened for this event two extra afternoons, one week end, and two extra evenings.
Attendance was good. Five percent of our visitors were complete strangers to Christian Science. Particularly noticeable was the large number of young people and children. The latter took great delight in their own section, where a display of children's books and items was arranged on a low table around which small Sunday School chairs had been placed.
