This testimony is offered in gratitude to God with the hope that as a result of reading it someone may turn to Him for release from mortal bondage. Through the application of Christian Science I have experienced and witnessed healings of physical exhaustion, hemorrhages, eczema, and pneumonia. Also I have witnessed the healing of so-called children's diseases and of the serious effects of accidents which my son experienced.

Many years ago I suffered from pressure in the head and itching of the face, conditions that appeared to be unyielding. They defied my most earnest prayers and those of several practitioners. The discomfort was almost unbearable at times, and it was impossible for me to get normal rest or sleep at night.

However, I attended to my daily duties, which were accomplished only through the sustaining power of the all-loving Father-Mother God. Also I continued to attend the church services and Christian Science lectures, although it was often a great effort for me to sit through them. The suggestion to leave was refuted by my declaring silently, "You go on out, mortal mind; I am going to remain and glorify God."
