It is my desire to share an account of benefits I have received through relying entirely on Christian Science to meet my every need.

While going to high school in a large city some four hundred miles from any of my relatives, I was engaged in an athletic program. At one point I suffered from a physical difficulty. The team trainer noticed my discomfort and advised surgery to correct the condition. I became very fearful of what was said, and I wrote to a friend in my home town asking her to help me in Christian Science. In a very short time the problem was entirely corrected, and I engaged in various strenuous athletic programs.

About fifteen years ago, while I was managing a business enterprise, I was taken home from work in a state of collapse. Because since early childhood I had always relied on Christian Science to meet all my needs, a practitioner was called, and treatment was given. The exact nature of the ailment was not known; however, I was in a highly nervous state, unable to walk and hardly able to partake of any food. For three months I was confined to my home.
