Words are inadequate to express...

Words are inadequate to express my gratitude for Christian Science. My first healing was that of a severe mental illness brought on by a nervous condition. The doctors told my mother that there was nothing more they could do. Help was then requested of a Christian Science practitioner, and my healing came through absent treatment.

After my healing I began reading Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy. I read it until I understood how I was healed. Then I began to study the Lesson-Sermons in the Christian Science Quarterly. Obedience to this statement in Science and Health has brought me many happy experiences (p. 261): "Hold thought steadfastly to the enduring, the good, and the true, and you will bring these into your experience proportionably to their occupancy of your thoughts." Lost articles have been found, misunderstandings have been corrected, and illness has been healed.

I am profoundly grateful for church membership, class instruction, and our consecrated practitioners. I am truly grateful to God for Christian Science.—(Mrs.) Elizabeth M. Noble, Goddard, Kansas.
