I was first made acquainted with Christian Science at the age of five when my mother became interested in it. Since that time there have been many blessings in my life and some very wonderful experiences.

I should like to tell of one experience which was an especial cause for unspeakable gratitude to God. I was staying near the seaside with my wife and our two young children, neither of whom was able to swim. We were invited to join a party for an afternoon with friends on their yacht.

The yacht was moored two thirds of the way across a large harbor, and it was necessary to take the party there in two trips by a dinghy. A fairly strong wind was blowing at the time, and the sea was choppy. The first load reached the yacht without mishap, and it was our family's turn next.
