Of Special Interest to College Students

A meeting to consider and further the mission and purpose of Christian Science Organizations, formed in accordance with Article XXIII, Section 8, of the Manual of The Mother Church by Mary Baker Eddy, is planned for September 5, 6, and 7, 1957, in Boston.

The first one of these meetings was held in 1955, and the event proved so helpful that The Christian Science Board of Directors has approved of plans for another. The activities of college and university organizations affect the spiritual progress of the individual student, the leavening of thought in the entire academic community, the future growth of the Church of Christ, Scientist, as well as the development of world thinking; and they have grown in significance in recent years.

Through their participation in Christian Science Organizations, many college students have experienced proof of the utility of the moral and spiritual culture of Christian Science and have found that Science elevates and purifies all who practice its religious tenets. During the forthcoming three-day meeting in the original edifice of The Mother Church, students will enjoy listening to and sharing with others from different parts of the world experiences of healing and progress.
