Signs of the Times
From the Window Cleaner in the Portsmouth Evening News Hampshire, England
Our earlier years are not only the schoolhouse in which we learn many of life's most valuable lessons but also a savings bank in which we accumulate resources from which we can draw in later years. That is why it always thrills me to see young people linking their lives lip with the Church of Christ. No boy is well prepared for the rough climbing which lies ahead as he goes up the hill of life unless he is well shod with Christian principles.
No young person can hope to make the best of life unless he or she has seen the importance of building on those best and surest foundations which faith in God and loyalty to the leadership of Jesus Christ provide.
