"The earth is the Lord's, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein" (Ps. 24:1). The truth of this statement has been made practical to the world through the understanding which Christian Science has brought to the human heart.

As a child my deep longing was to understand God and man. Studying the Bible, especially the record of Jesus' life, satisfied this longing somewhat, but this study also awakened a greater yearning to know how to live as Jesus did and commanded us to do. My prayers were answered when Christian Science was presented to me, for it proved the essence of this truth is Love, God, whose tender care enfolds us all. I learned too that the truth can never be reversed.

I should like to tell of the healing of our children. My husband and I had endeavored to know that there is but one creator, one Father-Mother. A time came when a more thorough understanding of this truth was needed. Our infant daughter was in pain a great deal of the time, although much prayerful work was done to understand God better as Father-Mother. More than three months went by without apparent improvement.
