Louisville, Kentucky (Third Church).

The dedication of the building of Third Church of Christ, Scientist, Louisville, 1930 Bardstown Road, will be Sunday, fifteen years after a group of Christian Scientists first held a service in that section of Louisville.

Organization of the church resulted from discussions begun at a meeting of Christian Scientists in 1939. They felt the need of a branch church in their area, and became recognized as Christian Science Society, Louisville, in 1940. Shortly afterward the present church premises were purchased, and in 1944 permission was granted for the society to become Third Church of Christ, Scientist, Louisville.
