Had I as a child been taught the truth of God and man, as given in Christian Science, how much pain and suffering I would have been spared! I regularly and devoutly attended services in an orthodox church from my early childhood and always tried to act rightly, but I was continually ill in spite of all the medical treatment that was given me. I was always fearful, and I am now convinced that my fear caused the stubborn constipation and other diseases from which I suffered. My little sister, who ate the same kind of food but who had no fear of anything, was never affected as I was.

After years of struggling to lead a normal life, in spite of a weak body, which was constantly being doctored, I learned of the healing power of Christian Science. Treatment in this Science overcame my ills; and since then I have been well, energetic, and happy. Above all, I have been thankful that I was led to this wonderful Science.

My husband was severely injured in an automobile accident. For three days his suffering was intense, and doctors could give him no relief. Then a Christian Science practitioner was called. My husband was relieved of pain almost immediately, and in a week he was well.
