I wish to express my grateful thanks for Christian Science, which I have known of nearly all my life. It would be difficult in the space allotted to tell of even half the healings I have received through the study of this Science.

As a girl I was healed of very severe concussion of the brain by my mother's firm stand for the truth and was back at work within ten days of the accident. I have been healed of indigestion and constipation, both of which faded out of my experience without any specific work being done A badly twisted ankle was instantaneously healed, and burns and scalds have been healed with little or no pain having been suffered.

In 1936 I was taken suddenly ill with what was diagnosed as a tumor of the stomach. The doctor, whom I had to call to satisfy my employers, wished me to go to hospital for an immediate operation. Instead, a practitioner was called, and I was taken to a Christian Science nursing home, now called a Christian Science House. There I received the most loving care; and I was completely healed within a month. A severe case of eczema, which covered a large portion of my leg, was healed in a few hours. I asked my mother for help one afternoon, and when I went to bed that night the whole condition had completely disappeared.
