SAFETY

"Come thou and all thy house into the ark."
This invitation, given by the Lord
To faithful Noah, still resounds to mark
God's care for those whose thought is in accord
With Principle. Where can we straightway fare
To feel secure from hatred's rising foam
Save in the ark of understanding, where
We realize that Spirit is our home?

Then let us rise above the tides of fear
By staying in the consciousness of Love—
An ark which each must build for those held dear,
A buoyant structure that will house the dove.
There is true safety in this mental barque,
"Come thou and all thy house into the ark."
