It is with deep gratitude that I write this testimony of thanksgiving to our Father-Mother God for the many blessings that we have received in our home through the healing power of Christian Science.

About four years ago our youngest son was stricken with polio and was paralyzed from the waist down. We called a dear friend who is a Christian Science practitioner and asked her to work for him. In twenty-four hours our son got up by himself and walked. In five days he was back in school completely healed.

In the Bible we read (I John 4: 18), "There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear." And Mary Baker Eddy says on page 113 of the textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures," "The vital part, the heart and soul of Christian Science, is Love." Through my understanding of these inspired statements a misunderstanding with a loved one was cleared up and a harmonious relationship was restored.
