Note: Christian Science churches are dedicated only when free from debt.

Langenthal, Switzerland (Society).

[Translated from German]

On Sunday, June 7, 1953, Christian Science Society, Langenthal, dedicated its church. A great number of representatives and friends from the Christian Science field in Switzerland were present at the service.

Christian Science was first introduced in Langenthal in 1912. In 1922 it became a recognized branch of The Mother Church in Boston, Massachusetts. In 1951 the erection of a church at Rosenweg 5 was begun, and it was completed on February 17, 1952. Now, on June 7, 1953, it has been possible to dedicate the church. It was an inspiring occasion, and Christian Science Society, Langenthal, thanks all its friends and well-wishers who have contributed so selflessly to this beautiful work.
