The testimonies in the Christian Science...

The testimonies in the Christian Science periodicals have been so helpful to me that I wish to contribute my own. I am grateful that I have known of Science all my life and that I was enrolled in Sunday School at an early age.

Among my many healings have been those of colds, influenza, periodic cramps, and so-called children's diseases. At the age of ten I was healed of a severe leg ache by reading the Christian Science textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy. In five minutes the leg was free, and I was not bothered again with this difficulty. More recently, with the help of a practitioner a suitable home was found.

By clinging to the sentence (ibid., p. 454), "Wait patiently for divine Love to move upon the waters of mortal mind, and form the perfect concept," I experienced a harmonious childbirth. I have found that little children are very receptive to the truth of being and that when it is honestly applied it meets every need.
