"It is a good thing to give thanks unto the Lord, and to sing praises unto thy name, O most high" (Ps. 92:1). With this in mind I wish to join the thousands of sincere people who have related what Christian Science has done for them and to express my gratitude for our beloved Leader, Mary Baker Eddy, who gave us "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures."

From the day I took steps to investigate Christian Science with the help of a consecrated practitioner and to apply the truths Mrs. Eddy has given us, life took on a new meaning. Blessings derived from a sincere desire to live in obedience to the teachings of Christ Jesus have been too many to enumerate here.

My two sons were reared in Christian Science and attended the Sunday School. The truth helped me to overcome grief and to carry on after the passing of a loved one, who for years had assumed all the financial responsibilities of the home and business. Christian Science gave me strength to do a job consisting of piecework which women half my age found difficult, to overcome fear of driving a car and of going through ice and snow in the early hours of the morning, and to manage a farm with no other guidance than the law of God, good.
