When I found Christian Science twenty-eight years ago, it seemed that almost everything was in reverse for me. However, as I would read the Sentinel from cover to cover I would realize that, many though my problems were, Truth held the answer to all of them.

In the years since then the blessings of God's tender care and loving guidance, understood through the study and application of Christian Science, have been so many that I hardly know where to start or how to stop in telling of them. In the face of many arguments of limitation outstanding success in business has come to our daughter. Both she and her younger brother were privileged to attend Sunday School.

When the lad was seventeen years old, a fire almost destroyed our home. As he and I stood in the midst of what remained, he said: "Nothing real can burn, and we can never lose God. That is the only thing we have to care about." In the trying weeks that followed, I knew that the truth would be equal to our need. I was able to see the whole thing as a challenge and to take God at His word, holding to His promise concerning everyone who loves and trusts Him (Ps. 91:15), "I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him." In eight weeks we moved into a far lovelier home than the previous one, having overcome many arguments of limitation along the way. The loving work of a practitioner was of great help throughout this experience.
