TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF!

The question is, How does one best take care of himself? Here the answers of mortals are as numerous as the human opinions and theories they entertain regarding health and life. For health they look to matter and the body, which they believe to have intelligence and so to be capable of acting independently of thought and often contrary to one's welfare. Yet the Bible says of an individual (Prov. 23:7), "As he thinketh in his heart, so is he."
