I have been so greatly blessed by the study and application of Christian Science that I feel impelled to testify in the periodicals. Its teachings have brought me through the valley of despair to a feeling of great peace and joy. When my children established homes of their own, I was faced with great loneliness. Through the earnest study of our textbooks, the Bible and "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, the loneliness was entirely overcome.

After I gained the spiritual sense of completeness, I was blessed with a very harmonious companionship. This beautiful experience brings to mind a verse from the Bible (Matt. 6:33): "Seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you."

The physical healings which I have experienced have been numerous and include those of severe sick headaches, colds, toothache, and many other inharmonious conditions. I should like to tell particularly of a healing of partial paralysis. Several years ago I was stricken with nausea. Shortly after lying down on my bed, I found that! could not move any part of my right side. A neighbor was with me and called a practitioner for help.
