With a deep sense of humility I give this testimony. Christian Science came to me over a quarter of a century ago, at which time I was healed of a stomach disorder. My healing came through a student of this Science reading to me from our textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by our Leader, Mary Baker Eddy.

I did not immediately become a student of Christian Science, although I attended a church service and a lecture occasionally. A few years later our daughter was healed of infantile paralysis by a consecrated practitioner. Needless to say, the healing was complete; there were no aftereffects.

Through the years numerous other healings have taken place, including those of faults of character and of the use of tobacco and alcohol. These healings did not come without a struggle, but as a clearer understanding of Truth was gained, the way from sense to Soul became easier.
