FROM ANNUAL REPORTS OF CHRISTIAN SCIENCE COMMITTEES ON PUBLICATION

Activity in Newspapers, Radio, and Libraries

Oklahoma

The steady stream of newspaper clippings which flow into this office is evidence that the editors of Oklahoma are continuing to give Christian Science a generous amount of space in their columns, although the scarcity and high price of newsprint stock makes that space quite dear. The frequent reprinting of articles and editorials from The Christian Science Monitor seen in the newspapers of the state indicates that editors read and appreciate our international daily newspaper.

In February The Tulsa Tribune featured an article on the illustrious Cherokee Indian, Sequoiah. The article, by way of giving credit, mentioned or referred to the Monitor five times.
