THE FATHER'S BARN
We
need to build no greater barns to store
The increase of our wordly stocks and wares
If we remember that the threshing floor
Relieves the husbandman of worldly tares.
The fields are white to harvest, and the wheat
Is all we need to gather and to stack.
Our Father's barn furnishes safe receipt—
His son can never suffer loss or lack.
