ON WINGS OF LOVE
[Of Special Interest to Children]
PATRICIA had been taught the truths of Christian Science from the moment she could talk, and loved going to the Christian Science Sunday School. She always enjoyed talking to her mother about God and telling how she used the truths she knew with her little friends and at school.
One day she came running home from school, calling, as she always did, when she reached the garden gate. This particular day she suddenly stopped. Wondering why all was so quiet, her mother went to the door and opening it saw Patricia very gently picking up a small object from the ground. With shining eyes the child said, "This will be a lovely healing."
Mother saw that the object Patricia was holding was a bird, apparently unable to move. Her little daughter's expectancy of good gave her a deep sense of joy.
