I had the privilege of attending the Christian Science Sunday School from the time I was twelve years old until I reached the age of twenty. My Sunday School teachers taught the joy and wisdom of daily study of the Lesson-Sermon in the Christian Science Quarterly.

While in high school I contracted eczema, which covered my whole body with the exception of my face. This condition persisted for about six months. A loving practitioner was ever ready to help me, even though at times my parents found it necessary to call her in the middle of the night. The healing, while proved to be a blessing, for through it I learned to be more gracious and loving at home and to think less of self.

Each argument was overcome by the truth as found in Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy. It seemed that just washing my hands aggravated the eczema condition. When the practitioner heard of this, she directed my thought to the statement in Science and Health (p. 455), "This strong point in Christian Science is not to be overlooked,—that the same fountain cannot send forth both sweet waters and bitter." The healing occurred over fifteen years ago and was complete. I have also been healed of a sprained ankle, colds, warts, and of grief at the passing on of my mother.
