With great joy I wish to bear witness to the many blessings which I have received through Christian Science, It found me in a state of complete nervous exhaustion, from which I had suffered severely for many years, and healed me completely. Year after year I had sought healing by spending several weeks annually in sanitariums, but in spite of all the efforts of the doctors and nurses I was not helped.

In great despair I turned, in 1947, to a Christian Science practitioner for help. I was wonderfully guided. God showed me His great grace and love, and gradually I was freed from my suffering and completely healed. I was able joyously again to take care of my daily duties, and with greater assurance and ease. Now I begin each day without fear or dread, and I am striving for a greater understanding of Christ, Truth, with my whole heart. All this I owe to a patient practitioner who gave me loving help and watched over my growth in Christian Science. I was instantaneously freed also from a great desire for tobacco.

In all my Christian Science activities I recognize God as the one and only guide and as "a very present help in trouble" (Ps. 46:1). Each victory over self becomes less toilsome and strengthens faith. I am grateful for the Christian Science Sunday School, for it has proved a blessing to my son. Thanks to Christian Science, my son has made much improvement in day school work also.
